Course Overview:

TBI can affect a person’s thinking. Cognitive difficulties can happen with any level of TBI, from concussion to severe head injury. Difficulties in executive functioning, or higher-order thinking, are common and can range in severity depending on the injury.

This course is the first of a four-part series offered by the VR Development Group, which focuses on traumatic brain injury. In this course, we will explore the basic functions of the brain, common types of injury, and the initial diagnostic implications.
